Events FAQ
Will tickets be mailed to me?
No. We do not send out tickets for events. We work from a will call registration list. When you make your purchase, you will be added to the “will call”. We suggest that you print your e-ticket receipt and bring it with you to the door.
What time do the doors open for the event?
Doors open 30 minutes prior to the start time of all events.
Are tickets available at the door?
Tickets are not always available at the door. Smaller galleries fill quickly, so tickets are not always available. Please call the day of event to find out if tickets are still available. Tickets are also priced higher at the door and there are no exceptions.
Are children allowed to attend?
You must be at least 18 years of age to attend. Children must attend with their parent, although we suggest not bringing children to the event.
Can I tape the event?
There are no recorders or cameras allowed. You will be asked to leave if you are caught recording an event and the tape will be taken. In some states it is illegal to record peoples voices without permission. You may record private sessions only on audio.
Can I order tickets by phone or by mail?
All ticket sales will go through our website. We do not accept checks for any events.
You may also try calling our office for events.
Does everyone get a reading?
Not everyone will get a reading. Joseph has no control as to what may come through and who it is for. The second part of the event ends with a question and answer segment. Some audience members will get a chance to ask a question about their life. During smaller venues with 20 or less people, everyone will get to ask one question.
What if I can’t make it to the event and already paid?
There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
Does Joseph read during the entire event?
No. The event is divided in segments. The first part is a briefing on his work and experiences as a medium and then Joseph will begin bringing through messages. Then there will be a break, and Joseph will return to bring through more messages. The event closes with a 20 to 30 minute questions segment.
Are seats reserved?
Seating is general admission and seats are not reserved. Seating is first come. Some events do offer priority seating.
Does priority seating guarantee me a reading or question?
No. Priority seating only will guarantee you a seat within the first two rows. This does not guarantee you a reading or question.
What if I decide I want to attend a different event?
You will have to purchase tickets for both events. We do not offer exchanges or returns. And, there are NO REFUNDS.
